Netflix is having a massive March. Between One Piece Season 2, the Peaky Blinders movie, BTS content, and a Steven Spielberg dinosaur documentary, there’s genuinely too much to keep up with. Here’s what’s worth your time this week.
The Big One: Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man
Dropping: This week
Cillian Murphy is back as Tommy Shelby. Four years after the series finale, this World War II-set film picks up with Tommy coming out of self-imposed exile to face what’s being described as his most destructive reckoning yet. If you were a fan of the show, this is essential viewing. If you never watched the series, honestly, go back and watch all six seasons first. It’s worth it.
Still Dominating: One Piece Season 2
Already streaming (dropped March 10)
The live-action adaptation of the legendary manga is back, and it’s delivering. Season 2 covers the Arabasta Saga, with Luffy and the Straw Hats entering the Grand Line. The introduction of Tony Tony Chopper and the arrival of Joe Manganiello as villain Mr. 0 have fans buzzing. If you enjoyed Season 1, this picks up right where it left off.
War Machine (2026)
Already streaming
Not the Brad Pitt one (that was 2017). This is a new sci-fi action film starring Alan Ritchson, and it had a massive opening on Netflix, sitting at number one in the US Top 10 all week with 70 points on the chart. If you like high-octane action with decent production values, this is your weekend sorted.
The Dinosaurs
Already streaming
A four-part documentary series narrated by Morgan Freeman, executive produced by Steven Spielberg, and made by the team behind Our Planet. It covers the rise and fall of the dinosaurs across 150 million years. The VFX are stunning (same team behind Star Wars), and it debuted at number two on Netflix’s charts with 10.4 million views. This is the kind of thing you put on and genuinely learn something.
Vladimir
Already streaming
Rachel Weisz stars in this eight-episode limited series based on Julia May Jonas’s acclaimed novel. She plays a professor dealing with her husband’s scandals while developing a dangerous obsession with a younger colleague (Leo Woodall from The White Lotus). Dark, well-acted, and the kind of slow-burn drama that rewards patience. Grabbed 4.2 million views in its first week.
Coming Later This Week
BTS: The Comeback Live | Arirang drops on March 21, live from Seoul’s Gwanghwamun Square. This is BTS’s first live gig in three years and it’s streaming exclusively on Netflix. If you’re in the ARMY, set your alarm.
Beauty in Black Season 2, Part 2 (March 19): Tyler Perry’s drama continues.
Nobody 2 (already streaming): Bob Odenkirk returns as Hutch Mansell. Lean, violent, and well-choreographed. Great for a Friday night.
Jigsaw and the full Saw franchise (March 19): If horror is your thing, all nine Saw films are hitting the platform alongside the standalone Jigsaw film.
What’s Still in the Top 10
Bridgerton Season 4 is holding strong. Virgin River Season 7 is pure comfort television. The Night Agent Season 3 is still pulling numbers. And Harry Styles: One Night in Manchester is sitting quietly on the list for music fans.
March 2026 is genuinely one of the strongest months Netflix has had in years. Between Peaky Blinders, One Piece, BTS, and Spielberg’s dinosaurs, there’s something for everyone.
